We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C., and shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Halloween delivery
To get your order before Halloween, please order by Thursday, October 22, 2026. Orders placed after that date may arrive after October 31. Carriers get busy before holidays, so the earlier you order, the better.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Address problems and missing packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help you with a claim with the carrier.
Where we don't ship
We don't currently ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands), to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.
