30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
- Pack the item clean, dry and in like-new condition, with all parts (including the fan unit, stakes and tethers) and its original packaging. Send it back with a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays for return shipping. If your order arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to confirm and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show the refund.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are returned and refunded through TikTok Shop's own returns process.
