How do I set it up?
Setup takes just a few minutes. Pick a flat spot near an outdoor power outlet, plug it in and let it fill with air. Then secure it with stakes and tethers so it stays put in the breeze. Follow the instructions in the box for your model.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. Blow-up inflatables stay inflated while the fan runs and gently deflate when you unplug them. That makes them easy to switch off at bedtime and pack away after Halloween.
Can it stay outside in bad weather?
Yard inflatables are made to be displayed outdoors, but they aren't built for storms. In heavy rain, strong wind or snow, unplug it and let it deflate until the weather passes.
How do I store it after Halloween?
Unplug it, let it deflate completely and make sure it's dry. Then fold it up and store it in a cool, dry place until next October.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to a US address.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Order by Thursday, October 22 to get it before Halloween. Orders placed after that may arrive after October 31.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses yet.

Returns
What if I'm not happy with it?
You can return it within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if it arrives damaged or won't inflate?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
